Haajerah Khan is a seasoned strategy and innovation leader with 15 years of experience supporting organizations and startups across multiple sectors. As Managing Director of Strategy Hub, she works closely with public and private sector clients to design and deliver strategies that drive engagement, innovation, and impact. She is also the Co-Founder of hapondo, a proptech venture where she led the company’s overall strategic direction, operations, and growth. In 2024, hapondo was successfully acquired by Sakan, a Kuwaiti proptech company, marking one of the region’s first proptech acquisitions.

Haajerah’s expertise spans strategy development, business development, public relations, partnerships and sponsorships, and marketing. She is a frequent speaker at regional platforms such as Cityscape, M360 MENA, and the Qatar National Dialogue on Climate Change, and was recently recognized with the Georgetown University in Qatar Alumni Impact Award for her contributions to entrepreneurship and innovation.

Outside of her professional work, Haajerah is a passionate equestrian and currently trains and competes in the dressage discipline.
