Dr. Latifa Al Darwish is a member of the Qatar Business Woman Association, and in November 2013, she earned the Qatar Business Award for Leadership from the Qatar Business Women Association. She is also a member of the Qatari Women’s Association, the Qatari Authors Association, and the Qatari Trainers Association. ​

​Dr. Al Darwish began her career as a businesswoman over 20 years ago, and she founded Etlaqq Business Management (EBM) to assist small and medium-sized businesses in launching, growing, developing, and expanding their businesses in Qatar. She now owns several businesses in Qatar and one in Turkey. The new company specializes on eco-friendly materials and gives away items that are recycled, modern, and easy to use.​

Dr. Latifa is a consultant and coach in the field of organizational development. With a background in strategic HR, organization re-design, change management, and leadership development, she specializes in transformational development for individuals and companies.​
