Cengiz has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business and corporate development areas in telecommunications and IT sectors; building and managing large, diverse and geographically dispersed organizations. He has held a variety of senior management roles for multinational companies such as Boeing, Intel and Turk Telekom. ​

​He currently supports initiatives in the startup ecosystems in different countries especially focusing on Software, IT and Telecommunications domains. ​

He has also been an active technology entrepreneur having built successful startups in telecom software and MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) fields as well as an angel investor in different startups. ​
