Ayman is an IT services and operations leader with 20+ years of experience driving digital transformation, managed services, and operational excellence across mission-critical environments in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. As Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Services at malomatia, he leads three practices — Cloud Advisory & Implementation, Cloud & Infrastructure Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation.

His track record spans large-scale government digital transformation programs, 24×7 mission-critical operations, and managed services contracts with 350+ technical resources. He is currently focused on expanding malomatia’s capabilities in AIOps, FinOps, Sovereign Cloud, XLA-based experience management, and AI-driven service modernization.

Ayman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, ITIL Intermediate-certified, and a graduate of HEC Paris’s Mastering the Future leadership program
