Amine is passionate about innovation and transformation, combining strategic vision with hands-on action. With over 15 years of experience in Europe working in consulting and startups, he is now based in the Gulf region helping institutions, companies, and startups turn ideas into real, impactful projects.

He has worked with leading CAC 40 companies on digital innovation and corporate innovation projects focused on process improvement. At the same time, he has led strategic innovation programs for Qatar Foundation, designing and driving end-to-end initiatives — from strategic framing to on-the-ground execution.

His approach is pragmatic and results-driven, grounded in a strong understanding of local realities, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are seen through to completion.
