Abdul Salam Knio is the Founder and CEO of Novorti LLC, a business and management consulting firm based in Qatar specializing in data strategy, ESG assessments, public policy, and technology advisory. With over two decades of executive experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, and public-private sector engagement, Abdul Salam has led regional initiatives that bridge innovation, policy, and sustainable growth.

Previously, he served as a key driver of ICT’s rise to become the first and largest Microsoft partner in the Middle East, achieving top cloud migration and adoption milestones across the region. He is recognized for his ability to align business operations with strategic vision, lead complex bids and proposals, and foster partnerships that deliver measurable impact.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Abdul Salam has contributed to Qatar’s innovation ecosystem by mentoring startups as part of the TASMU Accelerator Program, supporting early-stage ventures focused on smart city and digital economy solutions. He also served as an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar and regularly speaks at industry panels and forums.

He is currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at IE University, reinforcing his commitment to continuous learning and global business acumen.
