Tiago started his career 21+ years ago in information technology and progressively moved it to management. Relying on his professional and academic experience he seek to help corporations on their transformation journey creating new business models, Agile PMOs and innovation ecosystems. Over the last decade he has been invited to teach on university for both BSc and MSc as well as worked with corporations focusing on increasing agility, reducing costs and maximize profits to achieve desired business outcome and making them sustainable and ready for market dynamics.
The goal is always the same, make sure the team will deliver the maximum efficiency possible leveraging agile and lean to ensure the highest benefit possible for all stakeholders!
During his career Tiago also provided consultancy and advisory services to international organizations and government entities as well as former visiting professor for Master and bachelor’s degrees at ‘NOVA Information Management School’.
