Barbara is a digital leader with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and product management, with a strong focus on travel, transport, and tourism. Currently heading Digital Experiences and Products at Visit Qatar, she is responsible for shaping the end-to-end digital visitor experience to the country. Her role spans Government-to-Consumer, Government-to-Business, Government-to-Government, Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business domains, giving her a comprehensive understanding of multi-stakeholder digital environments.

Previously, Barbara led Digital Products, Customer Research and Data Insights at Qatar Airways, where she played a central role in driving large-scale digital transformation and product-led growth adoption.

Barbara combines visionary product strategy with a strong foundation in Human-Computer Interaction and behavioral science, offering structured leadership in identifying customer needs, crafting compelling product visions, and building strategic roadmaps.

With over a decade of experience in Qatar, she brings deep regional insight along with a global perspective.

Passionate about talent development, Barbara actively mentors and coaches aspiring product managers, helping to grow the next generation of digital leaders. Her entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding a startup in Sweden, which enriches her leadership with firsthand entrepreneurial insights.
